- Lining you values with who your customers are
- Think of a product or service you use
- What do you like admire about it, what draws and keeps you as a customer? Apply the same philosphy to your work.
- What will make you different to stand out to retailers and customers is if you have solved a problem for them; if you have given them a solution.
- Always ask: Why, to who and what are you targeting?
- Be confident and clear about what you are offering.
